Do you appreciate sitting on your back porch but hate swatting away bugs or worrying about a sunburn?
If you would like to enjoy the outdoors no matter the climate, then a Sunspace Porch Enclosure is the perfect addition to your home.
Extend your living space and make it possible to relax without worrying about bugs, wind, or rain.
With four different models and customization, a porch enclosure adds space, personality, and value to your property.
In this post, we’ll break down the four different Sunspace Sunroom Models and how each option expands and protects your porch.
Sunspace Model 100: Screen Room
Equipped with screens instead of windows, the Sunspace Model 100 is the most basic porch enclosure.
However, the Screen Room is ideal for those who enjoy the warmth or coolness of the outdoors—minus the bugs.
Additionally, although the Model 100 comes with screen enclosures, it uses the same 2” foam walls and extrusions as the Model 200.
The identical framework provides the convenience of upgrading to WeatherMaster Windows if desired.
Whether you stick with a screen enclosure or upgrade to WeatherMaster Windows, the Model 100 encloses your porch while expanding your ability to relax outdoors.
Sunspace Model 200: WeatherMaster Sunroom
Unlike the Model 100, the WeatherMaster Sunroom comes with ViewFlex vinyl windows installed.
Glazed vinyl windows are more durable than glass and come in four different tints: Clear, Smoke Gray, Dark Gray, and Bronze.
Providing 75% ventilation, ViewFlex Windows are incredibly adjustable. All four windows can slide to the top, bottom, or middle of the framework, according to your preference.
Plus, ViewFlex Windows come with full fiberglass mesh screens, which provide that open-air feeling while blocking out the bugs.
With a customizable setup, you can choose from a gable or flat rooftop for the Model 200. A flat roof provides the option of interior lights hidden beneath transom windows or solid panels.
On the other hand, a gable rooftop allows more natural light into your sunroom and house.
A step up from the Model 100, the WeatherMaster Sunroom suits those who want to expand their porch or outdoor space—with adjustable protection from natural elements.
