It's in the name for this delightful dessert. Save time with this No-Bake Strawberry Delight and enjoy that summertime strawberry flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
Crust
2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 pound strawberries, thinly sliced, reserving ¼ cup to dice for garnish
Filling
2 packs cream cheese (8 ounces each), room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 box strawberry jello mix (3 ounces)
3 cups whipped topping, divided

Mix together crushed graham crackers and sugar. Add melted butter and press the crumbs into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
Top the crust with sliced strawberries, reserving 5 slices to dice for the garnish. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the toppings.
Instructions for Filling
Add cream cheese to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat the cream cheese until creamy.
Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon. Beat until creamy and no lumps remain (about 3 minutes). With a spatula, gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
Remove the crust from the refrigerator. Add half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
Fold in ¼ cup of the strawberry jello mix to the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Add the remaining strawberry mixture to the top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour, up to overnight. When ready to serve, top with the reserved diced strawberries. Enjoy!
