Deck and 3-Season Sunroom Project - South Bend, IN

Project Overview

When our client came to us, their old deck had settled and was in need of an upgrade. We installed new decking and a 3-Season Sunroom to revamp their outdoor hangout.

Challenges: Before the upgrade, some challenges our client faced was uneven decking and an underused screen room. 

The composite decking they originally installed had settled, and their screen room didn't stay dry and clean. 

Our client had the room for outdoor entertaining, but both the decking and the screen room needed to be renovated.

Solutions: The solution to our client's outdoor space was installing Clubhouse decking in cobblestone with walnut framing.

We also converted their screen room into a 3-Season Sunroom with EZE-Breeze 4-track windows.

Results: In the end, our client received gorgeous long-lasting decking and a weather-proof sunroom. 

This made outdoor entertaining on the deck possible (and safe) again. Renovating the screen room gave the option of bringing light and breeze inside throughout the year instead of just during the warmer months.
