Unlike an ordinary pergola or pavilion, the Pivot 6 has motorized roofing, meaning the slats can stay open on sunny days and closed on rainy days.
These slats (called louvers) rotate 170° much like your window blinds do, so you can adjust the amount of light you want in your pergola throughout the day.
Another bonus is that these s-shaped motorized slats lock together tightly enough to keep out rain and overhead debris.
