Challenges
The main challenge our client faced was having their back patio exposed to sunlight the majority of the day. This would overheat their area for outdoor entertainment well into the afternoon, meaning they would need to keep their shoes on and their eyes shaded while on the patio.
Solutions
The Brookside Timber Frame Pavilion was a classy addition to our client's backyard space, offering shade for their hot tub, outdoor dining table, and their grilling area. Plus, the exposed beams provided space for hanging outdoor string lights, which added a warm glow to relaxing outdoors in the evenings.
Results
Once the installation was complete, the Brookside Timber Frame Pavilion took our client's back patio from an overheated space to a relaxing, shaded area. With the option between catching all the sunshine or staying in the shade, our client loved the latest addition to their backyard hangout.
