New-Build Home Windows and Doors Project - Ligonier, IN

Project Overview

With a new-build house in place, our client came to us wanting black exterior windows and doors to match their home. However, they wanted the patio doors and windows to have white framing inside the house. In the end, we installed 15 windows, 1 front door, 1 patio door, and 2 service doors to match the outside and inside of our client's home.

Challenges: The main challenge our client faced was that they wanted windows and doors to have dark black framing on the outside, while keeping white framing on the inside. An important factor, was that the windows and doors complemented the style of their home.

Solutions: To meet our client's vision, we installed 15 black laminated windows plus 1 painted front door, 1 patio door, and 2 service doors. The black exterior windows enhanced the look of the dark gray siding and stone veneer, while the white interior windows kept the inside of the house looking bright and cheery.

Results: Our client was happy with the quality of the windows in the end, and although they initially had issues with the laminate corner color, we worked with them to quickly resolve the problem. With windows and doors in place, our client's new home was ready to be enjoyed inside and out for many years to come.
