Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Entertaining friends and family? Our Black Bean and Corn Salsa is a great addition to any conversation. Use it with your favorite tortilla chips or serve it as a side with your favorite dish.
  • 2 (15 ounce) can yellow corn, drained 
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 bunch finely chopped cilantro 
  • 1 med red onion, diced 
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • ¼ cup lime juice 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 T sugar
  1. Mix well, refrigerate 1 hour, serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
