Deviled Eggs

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 t. mustard
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1 t. white vinegar
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  1. Peel hardboiled eggs, cut in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Add the mayo, mustard, sugar, vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix with a fork until well combined.
  3. Using a small spoon, fill each egg white half with a generous teaspoon of filling.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
