Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half and remove the pits. Smash avocados as course or fine as you like with a fork, squeezing half of the lime on top to stop avocados from turning brown.
  2. Dice ½ small yellow onion, 2 Roma tomatoes, and 1 jalapeno pepper (leave in seeds for more spice). Mince 2 garlic cloves and finely chop 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, and remaining lime juice to the smashed avocados and mix until combined. Don't overmix or guacamole will be gluey. Add more salt and lime to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes:
Make sure avocados aren't overripe for this recipe to avoid a stringy texture. Use fresh onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapenos for the best flavor!
