Pear Tarts

Ingredients
  • 16 oz ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 2 cans of pears (drained)
  • 2 tbsps of butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsps of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of cream
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 425ºF
  2. Cut circles from the pastry slightly larger than the length of the pear halves.
  3. Place the pastry circles on a greased cookie sheet and brush the tops with the melted butter.
  4. Place a pear half in the center of each pastry circle, press them down gently then bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
  5. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
