Ingredients
  • 2 lb Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 lb. Hamburger
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 box Velveeta cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 lb. Hamburger
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 box Velveeta cheese
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in pan. Add flour. When boiling, add milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
  2. Mix potatoes with sour cream, milk and dressing mix.
  3. Fry hamburger with onion and add taco seasoning.
  4. Layer all ingredients in casserole in order given, then put cheese sauce on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  6. Before serving, top with crushed nacho chips.
