This lakeside 14’ x 12’ Timber Frame Pavilion comes with a built-in fireplace, an overhead ceiling fan, and plenty of space for tables, chairs, and outdoor rockers.

When our client first approached us, they needed an outdoor space that was as versatile as it was beautiful.

Stamped concrete flooring and stained oak timber makes this pavilion weather-resistant and allows it to blend nicely with the water and surrounding landscape.

Challenges
Before the addition of this stamped concrete patio and 14’ x 12’ Timber Frame Pavilion, our client had open spacing near the lake but nowhere to truly relax. Options for seating included placing blankets or chairs on the lawn or sitting out on the dock.
Solutions
This 14’ x 12’ Timber Frame Pavilion tied together our client's outdoor space in multiple ways. First, it became a focal point, not only drawing the eye toward the water from a distance, but also drawing the eye upward from the interior. Plus, our client had room for a small bar table and barstools, an outdoor coffee table and chairs, and outdoor swivel rockers.
Results
Finished with shingle-style metal roofing, this completed structure promises a lifetime of use with minimal maintenance. Blending into the landscape beautifully, the dark flooring is elevated slightly above the lawn to allow rain run-off and prevent flooding.
