This all-in-one project elevated our client's outdoor living space to the max with a new and improved deck, pavilion, and sunroom.

With space to unwind in all seasons, our client's home, patio, and back yard became the focal point for hosting, entertaining, and relaxing.

Clubhouse Vinyl Deck (second story build):

  • Dimensions: 14’ x 14’ w/Glass Knee Walls
  • Flooring: Insulated Floor system
  • Roofing: 6/12 Roof pitch, Roof shingled to match the house.

Berlin Gardens Victoria Pavilion

  • Dimensions: 14’ x 14’ White Vinyl Pavilion, 16’ x 16’ Stamped Concrete
  • Structure: 4-Silvermine Stone Columns, 6’ French Door in wall system
  • Windows: Sunspace 4-Track Horizontal Slider Windows
  • Price Range $60k-$70k*

Challenges
Initially, our client contacted us wanting a pavilion to provide shade down by the lake channel near their home. They wanted a place closer to the channel to hang out after spending a day on the lake instead of walking all the way back to the house.

Our client had seen our outdoor window options and liked the idea of enclosing the pavilion for extra protection from the elements.

While our sales rep was analyzing our client's home, he mentioned that the 2nd-story deck would be a great place for our All-Season Sunroom. When at home, our client rarely used the deck due to the full sun and an overheated deck during the summer months.
Solutions
As our client started talking about options for the All-Season Sunroom, they decided to upgrade their existing treated wood deck to our Clubhouse Vinyl decking since part of the old deck needed to be redone for the new gable sunroom.

Per our client's requests, the project scaled from an enclosed backyard vinyl pavilion to a new vinyl deck with an all-season sunroom.
Results
From the enclosed Berlin Gardens Victoria Pavilion by the lake channel to the new and improved 2nd-story Clubhouse Vinyl Deck with a All-Season Gable Style Sunroom installed on top, our client's outdoor space changed dramatically.

With space to relax on the deck, in the gable sunroom, or in the screened-in pavilion, there were no limits to use of their outdoor and backyard space.

Now they have the option to entertain friends & family down by the lake or on their new deck/sunroom at their house!
