This project consisted of updating our client's deck, stairs, and railing behind their lake house. The old wooden setup was deteriorating, and our client wanted a low-maintenance, weather-resistant solution.
Challenges Two challenges with this project included the decaying wooden layout and the steep terrain around house.
Solutions First, we completely removed and disposed of all the old wooden deck and railing. After that, the next step was utilizing composite deck platforms and stairs tailored to our client's original layout.
Results In the end, our client received new weatherproof composite decks and powder-coated aluminum railings. These materials modernized their lake home and minimized maintenance and cleaning.
