This project consisted of updating our client's deck, stairs, and railing behind their lake house. The old wooden setup was deteriorating, and our client wanted a low-maintenance, weather-resistant solution.
Challenges: Two challenges with this project included the decaying wooden layout and the steep terrain around house.
Solutions: We removed and disposed of all the old wooden deck and railing. After that, we built updated composite deck platforms and stairs tailored to our client's original layout.
Results: In the end, our client received new weatherproof composite decks and powder-coated aluminum railings. These materials modernized their lake home and minimized maintenance and cleaning.
