This Crown Point, IN outdoor living upgrade included a custom Clubhouse Deck (in Cobblestone with Walnut Accents), Black Harmony Aluminum Railing, Step Lighting, and a stunning 14' x 18' StruXure Pivot 6 Pergola.

This homeowner’s original deck was deteriorating and had little protection from the elements, so our team delivered a low-maintenance deck rebuild paired with a motorized StruXure pergola—perfect for shade, comfort, and year-round usability.

Challenges
When our client came to us, his primary focus was on replacing his deteriorating deck. He also wanted an outdoor structure like a pavilion or pergola that would provide protection from the elements.
Solutions
Working with our client's vision, we built a new low-maintenance Clubhouse Deck, which mimics natural woodgrain patterns, is made from high density material, and doesn’t warp when heated and bent. We also installed a Struxure Motorized Pivot 6 Pergola, which comes with adjustable overhead louvers (in other words, our client could adjust the roofing slats of his pergola with a remote or from his phone). With the Struxure Pivot 6 Pergola in place, our client could enjoy full or coverage overhead. It was gamechanger.
